A second trapping trip was undertaken earlier this month, which was sadly unsuccessful. However, Clare, one of our female Chestnut Teals, was spotted at Morella Basin! (see image)

🦆 Last month GPS trackers were deployed on 12 Chestnut Teal (ducks) in the Coorong. Hons student @FHarrihill will use the data to gain valuable insights into their movement and habitat use.

A male individual, Casper, seemed to have followed after Crystal last night and has now stopped off in the same bay by Salt Creek.
