This afternoon I watched a film snuggled up under the thickest blanket I own, drinking tea. Outside, a gale was raging. It still is. Take me back to the summer viewings of films: a tan, a pedicure, and a cocktail in a can! Only another six months of winter to get through 🙄

11 years has gone in the blink of an eye. The pain, although less acute, still stings. Remembrance Sunday was always very important to her. Today I will spend those two minutes thinking not just of those who have served and died in wars, but of my most wonderful Gran ❤️
