@rocourt62@mikegalsworthy I don't care about Brexit, it has happened it is what it is, how we choose to respond to it is OUR choice. In a democracy things happen you don't like deal with it, it's not complicated.
@rocourt62@mikegalsworthy What personal experience would you like? What would be good enough for you? How do you know what I've experienced or been affected by? Answer: You don't, you just make ill informed assumptions.
@rocourt62@mikegalsworthy There are 1.5 million unemployed and 9.4 million economically inactive, and whilst I know not all those economically inactive can work there are many who can.
@rocourt62@mikegalsworthy So what if they don't like it, many people do jobs they don't like, if you want money you work and don't expect others to pay for you. I don't care if they don't like it, I've done jobs I didn't like but so what?
@rocourt62@mikegalsworthy I didn't respond to YOU, you decided to stick your two penneth worth in. You do realise the same applies to you, expect to be challenged when YOU spout BS. But you can't take it although you like to dish it out.
@rocourt62@mikegalsworthy There are plenty of lazy and entitled Brits to do the work, by keep importing cheap labour you hold down wages for everyone else. It's one of the reasons why this country's economy is stagnating.
@rocourt62@mikegalsworthy People manage and adapt, if you don't, you fail that's life. Companies had years to prepare and make any changes and diversify etc before Brexit happened, but it seems many couldn't/wouldn't accept it was happening and didn't accept it and prepare.
@rocourt62@mikegalsworthy That's very sad, but company's can either change and adapt or not. I have worked for large multi nationals in oil/energy/ infrastructure. I don't trust people on here so I would NEVER give out information like that, there are too many who like to be vindictive and cause trouble
@Shunyaa00 They don't have to put up with it, there are many places that would welcome their backwards, medieval and primitive ideas. Because those ideas do NOT belong in a modern, Western civilised society.
@rocourt62@mikegalsworthy You really can't stand anyone who doesn't agree with you, or has a different experience or background to you, yet no doubt you claim to be "progressive" and "tolerant, when you are neither, in fact you are the exact opposite.
@rocourt62@mikegalsworthy Again people from outside the EU do business in the EU all the time, I work for global companies and it's not difficult, unless you are challenged in some way.
@rocourt62@mikegalsworthy Seriously, I have travelled a lot, and lived in 6 countries in the Middle East, the US, Canada and Luxembourg. It's not me with my head in the sand or up my arse. I'd say look in the mirror but I don't think you can from where your head is.
