there are several levels of suppression that doesn't fall under shadow bans.

- Sexy content even if they don't trigger flags
- Too much spammy activity
- AI content creation
- Everyone liking, commenting, and reposting to and from the same accounts all day everyday

Shadow bans are more for accounts that have done something egregious that doesn't warrant a suspension and when the X algo basically loses trust in an account.
