@virginmedia Hi, can you tell me what's happening with VM in WN5 7EQ area please? VM has been down all day. VM message updates keep saying an engineer is on site but there's not. I can visibly see there's no engineer on site. A proper update would be appreciated. Thank you!

3 days without any broadband. Keep being told our engineers are in the area. Utter rubbish there's been no sightings of any engineers. What's happening @virginmedia #Wigan WN5. Sort yourselves out before you lose our and many others custom.
