@n26 so not impressed with this bank . All I am trying to do is get my money out and close my account. N26 has failed despite promises to do this . Now I cannot get a response .

My husband is awaiting his CDs but was told at Geneva airport today that the email confirming reception of his CDs application and of the rdv was not sufficient proof of residence and exercise of WA rights . We are resident in france . What do you advise ?
