The ingredients we use in our drinks have a story of their own🐝 The Mānuka honey in our Hot Tonic is sourced exclusively by Bio Honey from 2nd or 3rd generation Beekeepers who hold old knowledge & prioritise bees over profit 🍯

Our co-founder Florence recently had the opportunity to 'hono' to 'connect' with leaders from all corners of New Zealand's food and fibre sector at the annual Te Hono Bootcamp. Florence shares her key learnings from this remarkable experience ✨

It's the small everyday choices we make that can have a big impact on the environment 🌏

[Chia Sisters @ChiaSisters]

We're constantly thinking about what steps will make a difference 🌎 We're not perfect, but we know small incremental changes can make a big difference. Replacing single-use plastic wrap with reusable covers is one example, saving 4 cubic meters of single-use plastic this year 🙌

Starting the day right 👌 Mum's batch-made muesli, delivered fresh every week 👉 https://t.co/U0Un26nYBr

"Pushing my comfort zone in the outdoors helps me stretch my comfort zone in other areas of life too: whether that be tackling a new area of growth for our business; initiating conversation in a room full of strangers or speaking up when the rules aren't fair," Florence Van Dyke
