@AmazonHelp ....I was on with Amazon chat, and spoke with someone from Amazon....no one is taking responsibility for the ineptitude of Intelcom. I'm done, I spend thousands of dollars on Amazon annually. I'd rather wait 2 weeks for delivery from China, then have to deal with Intelcom again.

@AmazonHelp @intelcom_team has lazy drivers who lie. I had two orders for delivery yesterday, your Amazon driver had no issues delivering, but the Intelcom driver said it was a failed attempt--there was no attempt, I was home. I always have issues with Intelcom. I called them last night....
