We hired a terrific GM with 22+ years' exp managing co-ops (excited enough about project to move across country); TIF app is in. And capital campaign is open to raise final funds that pay for last design items/constr.

@carmenwinona @MOFFITW 1/2 Hear you on the progress. Co-ops take 8-10 years from idea to open and we're right on track with that. Because we're owned, funded and built by individuals in the community, things take time. There are no deep pockets that accelerate things.
