@modestholdings Iowans, keep in mind, every single wish of @iowademocrats could be achieved privately through free association amongst themselves. Pooled resources, pooled risk, pooled liabilities - privately. Yet they have not, do not and will not. They’re not confident when it’s their money.
@mattyglesias If you believed this you’d already be a Republican or independent. Sounds like camouflage. I saw another Operation Camouflage by the @IowaRegents earlier this year. All talk, catch words and phrases mixed around. Underlying intent still clear.
Donald Trump has been the President-Elect for not even two days:
- Steve Madden is halting manufacturing in China by half in a yr
- Hamas calls for an end to the war in the Middle East
- The Iran backed Houthis announced a ceasefire.
- Putin said he’s ready to work toward peace
@melton4iowa Patience, Ryan. There’s a new sheriff coming to town. No thanks to @iowademocrats and status quo embracers in Iowa’s ‘environmental crowd’.
I present to you the political prognostications of @TheRickWilson of @ProjectLincoln, the coward has me blocked, on how Trump was going to get destroyed on Election Day.
@JohnsonCountyIA Can we add criteria? Perhaps County Supervisors could adopt needy folk living in tents at Southgate and Waterfront? Maybe ask @modestholdings if he has a lead on those with country estates to host?
@KyleKulinski You’ve a foundational issue - your party relies on dependency for power.
@TheDemocrats
have nothing to offer those who value being independent.
@DMRegister Frank, there is no shortage of media options. TV, network channels, legacy newspapers, DC pundits are antiquated models. They are good at running cover for the bureaucratic state and creating tabloid hype. Truth, accuracy, curiosity, etc are not foundational aspects of Old Media.
