@t_carnes Let me go one last one on this, since I went down a rabbit hole. In Boeheim's first 10 yrs at Cuse he was 7-8 in the NCAA tournanent, never winning 2 games in 1 yr. Went to NIT twice.

Lost as a 1 to a 5, 2 to a 7 twice, 3 to a 7 and 4 to a 9. Never beat a higher seeded team.

@t_carnes There's a million examples of teams being good but failing in March until they didn't (Nova recently, UVa still...), but it was pretty obvious as things were going bad today that Cronin's yelling little man routine was making things worse, not better.

@t_carnes Eh, not sure I agree with that. Syracuse couldn't win it until all the sudden they did (and they had Carmelo...).

I don't think it's hopeless for Cronin and he's a good defensive coach, but he's gotta evolve on the O side. Hire an assistant specifically for it.
