@keystonebankng Keystone app has almost Never disappointed me. I rate it 98%. The personnel’s at local level are the worst and unhelpful people you could ever think about. They don’t know what it takes to get a business.
I have wrote them to close my account for weeks but no sign I even matter.

@keystonebankng could there be any reason my transactions needs to be confirmed and approved before it’s treated when I am the sole signatory of my account and also present in the branch? Transactions and the so called approval is taking hours. We should have gone beyond this.

This is so heartbreaking from a bank. I am just in a fix right now.

When I had issues, I call the center it is even bad. You call a staff no promising resolution. Now I am on twitter and been directed to the DM, yet nobody is there to respond to an urgent request.
I am disappointed
@PolarisBankLtd This is the worst customer issues resolution I’ve ever experienced. I never ever get issues resolved reaching out to the center, via call, message, social media and even calling staff.
