SCSO needs the public’s help is locating 70-year-old Charles Ates, who left his home Tuesday in his 2006 Dodge Ram ( TN 5V662) similar to the pictured vehicle. Ates is said to have memory problems. Contact law enforcement if you have seen Charles Ates or know his whereabouts.
