🚨 Status Coup reports that another detainee has died after being held at the for-profit Delaney Hall ICE detention center in New Jersey.

Edwin Jovanny Lopez Cornejo, who suffered from diabetes, high blood pressure, and seizures, was allegedly denied medication while detained and was pronounced dead after being transported to a hospital on Aug. 1.

The outlet says he is the second known detainee to die at the New Jersey ICE facility, and that neither ICE nor GEO Group has contacted his family.
