RECRUITMENT FOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR

We are seeking highly qualified and passionate Quantity Surveyors to join our dynamic team.
Location: Island axis, Lagos State.

Qualifications
•BSc. / HND in Quantity Surveying, Construction Engineering or related field
Professional certification such as Membership of the NIQS will be an added advantage.
•Minimum of 4 years of experience in the construction industry.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Key Responsibilities:
•Preparation and submission of documents for tender bid i.e., costing, taking-off, analysis and compilation of tender submission etc.
•Attend tender briefing and site visit including preparation of site visit report.
•Assist in value engineering, cost optimization and budget setting.
•Responsible for undertaking a full range of pre- and post-contract quantity surveying services.
•Prepare preliminary or approximate estimates for budgeting and feasibility studies for all projects.
•Prepare bills of quantities for assigned construction projects.
• Receive tenders and analyze them with recommendations
•Responsible for site evaluation of alterations, omissions, and variations
•Prepare financial statements; interim valuations; penultimate valuations and final account
•Project cost control and proposing payment modules for projects.
•Evaluating and advising on contractors’ claims.
•Follow up, track, and manage cost issues on projects.
•Assist in project conflict resolution.
•Assist to develop and review Project Management Plan

•Strong numerical and IT skills
