@TransUnionSA dismal services from your call centre your agents play dead after answering. Asanda took my call, and I could hear background noise and boom a survey for what really. I just want to pay for a report it's been two weeks zero joy

@TransUnion Your call centre is dismally, I have been trying to resolve my login issue to purchase a report for the past two weeks. Today Asanda took my call and went dead on me. This has happened many times your agents wait for you to hang up. A survey comes up. It's so shocking
