Try the 'two-by-ten' strategy:
For two minutes each day, 10 days in a row, have a personal conversation with the student about anything the student is interested in.

Paperless does not improve learning. Just making something digital is at best the same, possibly worse since it was designed for paper. Digital CAN be better but you have to CHANGE the activity to take advantage of that. #edtech

I don't like phrases like "every kid should learn to code." It's just not true. Every kid should have access and opportunity to learn these skills, but let's not assume all kids need it.
