Here in the UK, physical games are often cheaper than their digital counterparts because retailers will compete on price. For example, Wolverine is £69.99 on the PlayStation Store, but £62.99 from Currys. Same exact game, but the physical is £7 cheaper, and I can trade it or sell it.

This is defacto confirmation that the PS6 will be a digital-only console, and Xbox already gave up on physical media years ago. You can prepare for much higher game prices going forward.
