You can buy access to gta online and rdo separately from one anothers games. But if you buy the GAME the online is based on. You get access to online regardless.
Thats how gta online 2 will work as well.

Neither 5 or rdr2 launched with an online mode. Those always came after. Not to mention rockstar has changed how the approach online a lot. They no longer treat it as an extension of the game it’s built on.

@Revvium I dont think so. Hex perks are high risk high reward. It makes sense. Its up to the survivors to recognize when a killer has it and make a choice to find the totems to cleanse it. Same with boons.
