@WestMidRailway Your delay repay is 15 minutes, yet your train data is incorrect-it says it departed s.hill at 1609 which is wrong as the conductor announed at 1613 we were delayed here until further notice due & it actually left at 1613 so how is this fair if your own train time data is wrong

@jcbing@marksandspencer Its the same with the mens. I had to try on 4 pairs of chinos that were all the exact same size just to find a pair that fit as every single pair fit different despite being the same style and size! Luckily, I did get a pair that fit but not the point.
@easyJetholidays, can you explain why flight changes always change for worse times?
We’ve booked 3 holidays with you and every one has been changed, which is really frustrating.
This latest one has moved our flight by 10.5 hours, costing us a full day of our holiday, livid! Thx
@nubianangel025 Good luck is all I say. The chief exec encourages people to reach out to him but doesnt respond, took me 7 months to get a satisfactory response. They go on about "excellent customer service" but it's really not!
@asda your #BrierleyHill car park is an absolute disgrace. Easily one of the worst I’ve seen. The potholes at the exit are horrendous, you have to swerve all over the place just to avoid wrecking your car. It’s dangerous and embarrassing. Sort it out #PotHoles#AsdaBrierleyHill
