🚨 Shadow Government - Why is this significant?

Nikki Floris is currently Microsoft's Director of Insider Risk after previously serving in senior leadership at the FBI. She is the one who claimed she was running a "Shadow Government".

Remember in 2025 when Microsoft disclosed that Chinese state-sponsored actors exploited vulnerabilities affecting Microsoft infrastructure, and in 2025 concerns were raised about additional compromises involving cloud environments that supported sensitive U.S. government customers, including Defense-related systems.

In July 2025 these systems were hacked causing U.S. Nuclear systems and other classified systems to be accessed by China. This was done through the exploit of Azure and MS AD Systems.

Nikki was the head of Microsoft Insider Risk during this time.

She helped conceal Chinese influence in the 2020 Election. Then she was head of MS Insider Risk when China compromised our Classified Systems.

"I'm basically running a shadow government across the FBI at this point."

If declassified intelligence ultimately establishes coordination, concealment, or improper cooperation with Chinese intelligence or influence operations, that would represent one of the most consequential counterintelligence scandals in modern U.S. history.

When he was old enough, he joined the military.

The military recognized his talents and placed him in the entertainment corp.

He toured the western Pacific Islands as a comedian as part of a G.I. variety show called "Stars and Gripes.”

It was there he was able to share his talents with fellow soldiers.

In 1946, he discharged with rank of Technician Grade Five, which was the equivalent then of Corporal.

During his military service, Jesse was awarded the World War II Victory Medal, Philippine Liberation Medal, Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Medal (with 4 bronze service stars), Army Good Conduct Medal, Marksman Badge (with an M1 Carbine) and Honorable Service lapel pin.

Throughout his military service, Jesse gained more and more confidence and found that he had a talent for making people laugh.

Then, in spite of his early struggles, Jesse became one of the best-loved characters of all time.

For it was Jesse... Jesse Knotts, AKA "Don" who brought us Barney Fife."
