It was a great time today with my colleague (Anna) at the South Oxfordshire Networking Event sponsored by @OxfordshireCC. We spoke to other attendees about the CAMHS NDC and the work we do, including non-pharmacological interventions like social prescribing.

Hello @PureGym, I signed up with your gym because I could access it in some of the cities between which I split my time.

I have just received this email and I am livid at how sudden my access to the Preston gym has been revoked.

Honestly, I think it is rude and fraudulent.

To resolve this, I expect that you restore my access to the Preston gym until the end of my current subscription. Or refund me in full so that I can cancel my membership and take my business to one of your competitors that meets my needs.

I trust that you will respond promptly.

More so, the subscription fee was debited from my account on 07/05/23. So, I expect no changes for another month at least. If you must withdraw my access to one of the gyms included in my subscription, then it is only right to give me the opportunity to cancel my membership.
