All 18 suspects in the Icon Group cases have been arrested and are being interrogated by investigators from the Central Investigation Bureau.

The company is under investigation for allegedly running a pyramid scheme with nearly 370,000 members. More than 1,100 people who claim to be affected by the investment fraud have already filed police complaints, with estimated damages exceeding 400 million baht.

Deposits and digital assets worth 125.5 million baht have been seized from Waratpon 'Boss Paul' Waratworakun and three other individuals from the company. Authorities also seized 63 rai of land in Pathum Thani belonging to the company, estimated at around 1 billion baht, along with luxury watches and cars worth more than 100 million baht from the suspects.

The initial charges against Waratpon and others include fraudulent activities against the public and the dissemination of false information through electronic means. The Department of Special Investigation has accepted the Icon Group case for investigation, as it involves offenses stipulated in the Special Investigation Act.

The government has also set up a fact-finding committee to investigate allegations that state officials have been involved in extorting and accepting bribes from the company.
