Someone asked what “Unserious” could mean for someone like Tony Elumelu? I’ve seen a bank CEO get CVs of people to employ and shred them the next minute. I was stunned when he did this. He doesn't argue with the people, he just takes the CVs and shreds them. It was a unique bank.
