Dear Grok Team,

I hope you’re doing well.

I’m writing as a paying SuperGrok subscriber and an independent content creator who uses Grok as the primary tool to produce an AI-generated drama series for social media.

First, I want to say thank you. In my experience, Grok remains one of the best AI video generation tools available. The combination of image-to-video generation, realistic character movement, lip-sync, dialogue, and cinematic quality is why I chose to subscribe and why I paid for three months in advance.

However, the recent weekly generation reset has made it extremely difficult for me to continue creating consistently.

AI video generation is an iterative process. A finished scene often requires multiple attempts because of issues like character swaps, dialogue errors, lip-sync mistakes, or continuity problems. These are normal parts of working with AI, but they also mean that a limited weekly quota is exhausted much faster than expected.

Under the previous daily reset system, if I had a difficult generation day, I could continue refining my scenes the next day. That allowed me to maintain a consistent upload schedule.

With the weekly reset, a few unsuccessful generations can consume a large portion of my available usage, leaving me unable to complete even two episodes in a week. As someone creating a serialized story, this has significantly affected my publishing schedule and audience growth.

I subscribed before this change and paid for three months in advance because I believed the service would continue to support the workflow I had already built. Had I known about the new limitation beforehand, I might have chosen a different subscription tier or planned differently.

I’m not asking for unlimited generations.

I would be grateful if you could consider options such as:

Bringing back the daily reset system.
Introducing a rolling 24-hour generation allowance.
Providing a more creator-friendly allocation for SuperGrok subscribers.
Or offering greater flexibility for users producing long-form video content.

I’m still committed to using Grok because I genuinely believe it’s one of the strongest AI video tools available. I simply hope the generation policy can better support creators who rely on it as part of their daily production workflow.
