CYP1A2 (*f1/*f1) - ULTRA rapid metabolizer

How do I maximize Delta-wave sleep?...

I currently on Cortisol Manager and Magnesium L-Theanine... Dr suggested Mag - L instead of Mag-G due to blood-brain efficacy.....
