Hi @airtelindia, experiencing a pathetic service experience on my Airtel Air Fiber.
In 100 mbps plan, I'm getting speed of 10mbps and sometimes in KBs even.

No response from your customer service team, no engineer visit, none of the service request is answered.

@airtelindia I think @airtelindia , you all need to work over this. Going to shut the connection soon. I don't want to but I'm having no other option if services continue to remain pathetic like this.
Even the team who installed Air Fiber is not answering for queries. Very disappointing

I've already submitted them Job Sheet given by Authorized @Hitachi @HitachiAC_GB Technician personnel which clearly mentions that Copper Kit was Missing in package.
Still, I need to give proof that I've purchased Copper pipe. There is no accountability of anyone in @amazonIN.

It's very surprising to see and know that we have to give invoices for Missing items in the packages to get the claim.

I order Hitachi ACs from Amazon @HitachiAC_GB and found that Copper Pipe Unit is missing in package.

We, the customer are culprits and we need to give proofs. No one is asking how to copper unit is missing from Package.

We get the unnecessary hustle to purchase copper pipe, get it installed and etc. But, @AmazonHelp @amazonIN @amazon is asking us for proofs.

In response to my Complaint and for refund, @AmazonHelp @amazonIN is demanding invoices for the copper unit purchased by me for the AC installation

How rude is to demand invoices for the item which must be in the package and is missing from there. No responsibility of Delivery.
