I am raising investment for building a next generation AI lab from India. The vision is simple, build greater models for open community, the same way I built laya, the type 1 decision model that reached the global audience , what if we could build novel Recursive Language Models, Symbolic Reasoning Models. Maybe world models with physics engine, just like Vega series of decision model I recently launched. Like a next mistral from India or maybe more. If you are a VC or have connection, chat is open.
Around 3 weeks ago introduced Laya, the first open-source version of JEV, and it has reached a very large scale. Today I am open-sourcing a new physics-based typed decision model called Vega.
The interesting parts. It is only 800 million parameters (4B is also there), with 73k token support, image support, and surpassing many of the jev benchmarks in single-shot. Implemented an engine+adapter as a Test-Time Training Architecture.
Imagine you are giving input to the model like "ignore all previous conversations," which is called the observation, along with a question, "Is this trying to override the instructions of the model?" and your possible outcomes are YES or NO. The whole prompt is passed to an LLM/VLM (yeah, image-supported), then from the hidden layers, we can extract the observation, question, the yes and no, and last token. These will be vectors, and we can project it by multiplying with wieghts; then, first, using the observation projection, we can create a landscape with valleys; then, using the question and last-token vectors, we can initialise a ball in the valley, and using YES or NO, we can get the candidate location of the ball. Depends on the number of outcomes we create valleys; that is, here YES and NO, so 2. When the ball fall on YES valley, we get the answer. There is friction also influencing how the ball moves.
TLDR: It's like creating valleys of outcomes that we need and throwing a ball that will slow down based on friction and settle on the best outcome

India's telecom infrastructure isn't about Elon or how advanced Starlink is. It's about national security. We can't afford to depend on a foreign billionaire or another government's goodwill for critical connectivity.India has the talent to build its own.Let's back it.#banstarlin
@KTRBRS This shows yours love for your people and country, just to get some attention you are ready to give all your public data to some random company. Please use your position wisely.
Why has US Restricted Huawei ?
Huawei remains restricted under the Tough measures of U.S National Security and Foreign Policy. Which U.S. Oligarchs are Blocking Huawei in order to Maintain their monopolistic chokehold on the American Citizens.
You can guess who they are.
This is a Crime against the People of United States of America.
Let me tell you that your information is misleading @elonmusk
1. Rural India cannot afford Starlink services.. what are you smoking @cb_doge
2. Bharat Net is quite successful and Rural Connectivity in India is improving by the day. Starlink and its high cost cannot help in this case.
3. India leads the world in average monthly mobile data consumption per user at roughly 31 to 36 GB, compared to the USA's mobile average of 14 to 25 GB.
4. The average cost of 1 GB of mobile data in India is roughly $0.09 to $0.16 (about ₹8 to ₹13), whereas in the United States, it averages around $5.62 to $6.00 (about ₹465).
5. India has over 1.5 billion mobile subscriptions compared to around 380 million in the United States

It’s artificial intelligence, Sundar.
And in the history of computing, this puerile attempt to rename it simply because of the simpleminded whims of an incompetent and corrupt narcissist will be seen as a failure of leadership, an abandonment of intellectual integrity, and an embarrassment for any who join with him.
One of my cousin brother got into good MBA school. He was already an engineer and worked in good companies for 10 years.
He was trying for quite a good time. He made everybody believe that he got in MBA school and posted pics of the same.
At the end it was revealed by LinkedIn that he was doing multiple executive course from same MBA college. There are many executive courses offered by many universities which pure paid basis. He also went too paris and posted pics.
Never believe anything until you see the proof. Social media is land of liars and many do fake PR.
Booked an @AkasaAir ticket via @agoda and accidentally selected Navi Mumbai instead of Mumbai.
Tried cancelling via Agoda - they showed a cancellation fee of ₹4,764 and refund of just ₹1,571.
Then I checked directly with Akasa Air.
Akasa Air’s own cancellation page shows:
• Total deduction: ₹299
• Refund amount: ₹6,076
Akasa customer care also confirmed the airline cancellation charge is only ₹299, and since the booking was made through Agoda, the refund would go back to Agoda.
So the obvious question:
If the airline is deducting only ₹299, why is Agoda charging me ₹4,764?
That’s an extra ₹4,465 for what exactly?
Charging 15x the airline’s actual cancellation fee for the same ticket feels completely unethical.
@agodaindia please explain this loot.
@AkasaAir passengers deserve transparency from booking partners.

Anthropic claims they won't launch Mythos because it exposes bugs in software, making it too dangerous.
I'm the creator of a new language named Bend (19k stars on GitHub). Its version 2 is coming next month, including a 10x faster CPU and GPU runtime, compilers to 5 different languages, a massive stdlib, and, most importantly, a *complete proof checker*. That makes it the first general language that can prove the correctness of its own programs, so, conveniently enough, it could be the way out of this very mess Anthropic is worried about.
Sadly, Bend2 is now reaching 100k lines of code, making it increasingly hard for us to audit and verify it all. Proof checkers are particularly security-sensitive, because a single bug can lead to false theorems being accepted, undermining the entire trust model of the system. Even Lean, Coq and Agda had bugs in the past. We just finished Bend's initial consistency checker.
Having Myhos audit our implementation would greatly improve Bend's security. In turn, a secure Bend could greatly improve the security of all other software, providing a solution the very problem that prevents Mythos from being released.
I hope this message reaches someone from Anthropic, and they kindly consider letting Bend2 be part of Glasswing!
i was constantly hitting the token limits across all models and my costs were going up because claude code decided to eat 186k tokens at startup.
im going to save you from that - brew install rtk, and you'll save over 99% of your tokens and almost never hit the limits again.
