The problem: Not enough barristers and Judges to try and hear cases. Cases adjourned. Backlog.
Not a problem: Court rooms.
Solution: Move cases to new Court with new name. To be tried by barristers. And heard by Judges.

The prison population in England and Wales stands at 87,347. There are 63 more people in prison today than there were last week.
By the prison service's own measure of safe and decent accommodation, there is room for only 79,698 people in the prison estate. The population is 7,649 above this level.
