If the new PM decides to completely change the manifesto then yes but otherwise it is the party that won.
@OwnYourVote@King0243_PJC When I voted in the General Election I voted for the candidate for the Party I support on the basis that their policies will match the party manifesto and the party I want to govern. If the MP I voted for switched party I would not be happy.
