@teladocsupport I have emailed and called to try and fix this to no avail, it's ridiculous that I have been charged 10x as much for an appointment that's covered. btw I was charged as a new patient as well when y'all deleted my old account even tho I've seen this doctor twice

hey @teladocsupport you charged me $250 for an appointment that is covered by my insurance by billing me BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT EVEN HAPPENED. your phone support couldn't answer a single question and blamed me. my insurance literally links teladoc as an option for healthcare
