Besides that, I put foundation over bruises if they are super noticeable and taking baths with epsom salt seems to help them heal faster. It's not a cure, but it works for me. 🤷‍♀️

@KeiraLuvv @FawnCoyote @BreannaBreeze1 I just take a prenatal (they tend to have more iron than regular multi vitamins) in the morning and then an iron supplement and magnesium at night. The magnesium helps your body absorb iron and taking them at different times allows my body more time to absorb it.

@FawnCoyote @BreannaBreeze1 I stripped & provided FSSW at the same club/area for 5-ish years... Only stopped getting asked about my bruises/marks (from anemia and stripping) once I hit "high end" in my area. I never had less bruises/marks, just raised my prices. 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️
