We really are raising the next generation of thinkers and changers. My Son’s favourite person is my Sister who has a chromosomal disability and is mostly non verbal, so it’s wonderful that he thought of people like her, without any prompt from me.

This week I’ve been hospitalised from my tonsilectomy recovery going awhol , we’ve had torrential rain in England and two of my childhood idols, Ozzy Osbourne and Hulk Hogan have passed away.
I better look out for the black dog, I might be next!

Ozzy knew it was goodbye and it was a true testament to his love of music, that he gave everything to perform one last time with his band mates in his home town. He came home to rock and then rest. RIP to the Prince of Darkness 🤘🏻✝️🪦🦇#RIPOzzyOsbourne

This was evident when you compare it to Tyson’s stamina in training. Some moments were hard to watch as you could see he was in pain, especially in his knees & legs. However, his kids & Grandkids got to see him last 8 rounds against someone half his age& brought home $20M+

This is one of those situations when you lost but still won. I’m grateful for last night. No regrets to get in ring one last time.

I almost died in June. Had 8 blood transfusions. Lost half my blood and 25lbs in hospital and had to fight to get healthy to fight so I won.

To have my children see me stand toe to toe and finish 8 rounds with a talented fighter half my age in front of a packed Dallas Cowboy stadium is an experience that no man has the right to ask for. Thank you 🙏

I am grateful that in my last job I had to help clients with multiple seizures daily, as I was able to help my toddler when he had a febrile seizure yesterday after the hospital discharged him. Please everyone get your first aid training! It’s reminded me I need a refresher!

If there is anything I can teach my kid in this life I hope it is kindness, empathy & compassion. You have your whole life to hopefully: study & gain wisdom, work hard to be successful & wealthy, train to be healthy; but it means nothing if you are not trying to be a good person!
