Today was my first day on placement on the gynae ward in Mnazi Mmoja hospital in Zanzibar. Safe to say it was a real eye opener! I can only imagine what the next 4 weeks here has to offer and i’m extremely excited for it all! #K4C #studentnurse #internationalplacement #Zanzibar
