@wizzair how do we escalate a complaint following a rejected compensation payout for a cancelled flight. When you haven’t even refunded the flight cost also. To say it was due to “ATC” but no other flights affected that day..

@CET_UK we have been told since Sunday someone is coming (directed by @HalifaxBank). We have been without water and heating all this time. We have an active water leak which is causing more damage. We are not receiving updates and keep being told “today” -for 3 days. Please help
