The 412 Fellows recently had the opportunity to learn Kintsugi, the ancient Japanese art of mending broken pottery by reassembling the missing pieces resulting into a more beautiful and valuable vessel.
What was once broken or fractured and no longer considered useful made whole with a more valuable purpose. The cracks aren't hidden or covered up, but rather they are highlighted, even celebrated.
