Today attended OPSC OCS 2024 exam. When I have received my question paper one of the seal is opened already, checked with invigilator they said it might be damaged during transport. Now I got to know many others faced same issue. @CMO_Odisha

Sir everyday people commute this to bhubaneswar Cuttack from their village thousands of people depend on it. But everyday it will stop on some random station and will be delayed by 1 hr +.
