I’ve said it many times: I wouldn’t be where I am today if it wasn’t for Dan Baker. From Reading to Lehigh Valley, Dan has been there for me through it all, and I am so grateful.
Thank you to @MattGelb for putting this together so beautifully. https://t.co/bv9zflWxEn
The Crawfords are the second father-son set to each have a walk-off RBI for the same manager (RBI official since 1920)
Carl & Justin Crawford for Don Mattingly
Gary & Daryle Ward for Lou Piniella

Hugs for Zack Wheeler in the dugout. He goes five innings in his first start in 253 days. The last pitch he threw was 94.6 mph. Some control issues, but he showed the swing-and-miss stuff with a better-than-expected fastball. Encouraging.
Every day, I feel more validated in my decision not to renew my season tickets this year. The comments about Harry Kalas and Harry the K’s would’ve been enough on their own.
And don’t even get me started on the center field clock.
I am genuinely disheartened.
