@OctopusEnergy Hi, last time the engineer came out, he called the night before to confirm & kept us updated before he arrived, we’ve got another engineer coming today, 8-5 to get the smart meters working, but haven’t heard anything- could you confirm they are still coming? Thanks
@OctopusEnergy now waited 14 days since smart meters were installed as asked,still no connection to gas meter. Rang on installation day as asked by engineer as connection issue.
There aren’t any readings visible on the meter so no idea how much I’m using and can’t give readings
