@SUNNYM00NS This really is a shitty way of seeing things because it just eventually leads to people preferring victims to die rather than have the chance to heal themselves from their trauma. Losing your LIFE is more heinous to a lot of people too, this is all subjective at the end
@T4TMrSpock@gachaheatvirus@tobeticularcanc @2slim4uu Ur example is actually shitty as hell because using social media is something you can choose to stop using very easily meanwhile leaving a country is a whole PROCESS that takes time and effortβ¦Ofc I wonβt assume people who use ao3 or twt are Nazi pedophiles but come on now
@tubaraoeita THEYRE like the most niche tumblr corner side of the community I bet less than 10k people even like letβs be fr this ainβt no threat for real π also they come from tumblr like are we surprised
@boymodercherry Iβm learning abt all these stuff rn on my own but could it be possible to be something like, transsexual transgender(yes both at the same time)? Iβm asking this with genuine respect and curiosity, although I might have my definitions mixed up..
@leslurd Both statements can a 100% co-exists. People just have this really odd black and white thinking where they think one thing is either god-awful, unredeemable Evil, or good cutesy all sin-free(might be exaggerating but they do often act like this!).
@marcelioof I always lwk wondered the same thing too, not to defend these countries but like if we know theyβre pro-[insert their goverment] then why are we supporting themπ idk its weird, I get both sides though, itβs just not very well explained and thought of
@PiarieArt Apparently thatβs because βtranswomenβ is a terf dog whistleβ¦like whatππππhow are we supposed to know that especially on twt where you gotta count ur characters when tweeting long shit
@clown_weasel βAged up minorβ so an adultβ¦Theyβre attracted to an adult and thatβs bad? I think this conversation is really going nowhere, and I donβt mean to be mean. Being attracted to the adult version isnβt inherently evil or the ultimate sin, they grew up with the character after all
@clown_weasel I think youβre failing to grasp that Iβm saying theyβre attracted to the made up version, that is an adult, and most likely feel platonic and nostalgic over the young of material. If itβs not the case then yeah weird, but this seems to be the case, itβs a character they grew with
@kvrakus With rocket science I mean that this concept of aging alongside a character shouldnβt be hard to grasp for someone whoβs 20, specially someone so into fandom judging by your pfp. Though now I think that sounds mean and I apologize for that, not my intentions.
@clown_weasel What Iβm trying to say is that, that the person grew up alongside a character, meaning they age up the character as they aged they themselves. The situation isnβt them aging up a character they met as an adult. Is them choosing to create a new version that grew with them
@scarrven Since theyβre attracted to the adult and not the minor version of them. Itβs like you can see pics of your partner when they were young and not feel attracted to their young version, itβs okay
@scarrven Iβm particularly viewing it from an autistic point of view, since many yumes are neurodivergent. Imagine that character is your special interest, or your relationship with them being your interest, yumeing a grown version of them isnβt rlly wrong+
