We have tried to reach @NissanUSA ourselves, but could never get past the operator. And have gotten many promises of call backs, which never happened.
We would like through to reach them, as we are only asking for them to fulfill the warranty they promise on their car
Unfortunately it’s been over 3 weeks and no solutions
The people at @NissanUSA have contacted us, but all we got was empty promises
We need to run more tests, the engineer in charge needs to approve, blah blah blah, and nothing
So sad, thought we were getting somewhere

The people at the Nissan service station have been very kind and attentive, but apparently unable to resolve the problem, due to @NissanUSA unwillingness to do anything about it.
In this 4 weeks we have heard all kind of excuses, and not one solution.

This battery is supposed to have a 5 year warranty.
She took the car to a Nissan service station in Dallas for it to be serviced.
This was over 4 weeks ago. As people who live in Texas know, being without a car is a big hassle.

My daughter @Pathlada_Suk bought a car two months ago, a 2021 Nissan Leaf from Dallas Direct Auto, in Irving TX.
The car is electric, and it has a defective battery, it runs for no more than 30/40 miles, which was obviously hidden by the shop at the time of the purchase.
