It was hard to focus with this killer headache.

she called out as the sound of the shower turning on and hot steam filled the bathroom.

She zoomed past him quickly, kicking up a bunch of empty cans along the way as she tossed--

Rebecca went to reach for her pistol underneath her pillow, but ended up pushing it behind the bed, the sound of it hitting the ground making her flinch.

The merc grumpily kicked the rest of the cans off the bed before sitting up straight and tucking in her knees underneath David's Jacket that was draped over her.
