๐จ T-MOBILE EMPLOYEE SAYS HE GOT FIRED AFTER EXPOSING THIS TO CUSTOMERS
This man says he was fired after posting videos explaining how employees can legally use FMLA - and then dropped this bomb: T-Mobile is allegedly lying to customers about cancellations.
He alleges T-Mobile lies about cancellation rules, saying they cannot legally force you to keep a line until the end of the billing cycle and must cancel it the same day with prorated charges if you demand it. He tells viewers to screenshot reps who refuse and send it to the FTC and FCC, calling it an โunfair business practice.โ
He also claims:
โข You can trade in phones with broken back glass (as long as the front + camera are intact)
โข Mailing trade-ins is risky - if UPS loses it, you may get nothing
โข Plan changes allegedly overcharge unless you fight it
โข Arguing your bill and threatening to switch carriers actually works
He says reporting billing issues internally - and to regulators - is what really got him fired.
Is this a rogue ex-employee lying or did he just say the quiet part out loud?
