Still a big arm but he definitely puts more air on his deep balls to complete them which sometimes slows down the receiver so I get you

JSN went into a way better situation because he basically sat out the entire year and fell to 20th pick. Situation (Coach, QB, roster) matters a lot when receivers are only targeted 20% of snaps.
