If I remember correctly, disagreement between then CM #NabamTuki & his Health Minister #KalikhoPul was about the salary-wages as well as recruitment of nursing staffs. #KalikhoPul wanted more & more to address the gaps.

I believe that this pandemic may have opened the eyes of our Govt. Our hlt department was never prepared to face any kind of epidemic or acute cases. Acute shortage of NOs, medical equipments, medicines, expertise in operating hi-tech equipments, untrained human resources,etc.
