His drivers license needs to immediately be withdrawn or suspended at least for a lengthy period of time for him to learn sobriety and common-sense.

We can not have a sane country when we normalise recklessness and lawlessness. Especially the sort of recklessness that can potentially lead to the harm and death of other innocent road users.
