The @AfricanCourt on Human and Peoples'​ Rights just held a press briefing where it shared updates on its work while marking 20 years (2006-2026) of protecting human and peoples' rights in Africa.

The briefing was held on the sidelines of the 39th AU @africanunion Summit taking place from 11-15 February in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

The Court's Vice President Hon. Justice Bensaoula Chafika, flanked by Deputy Registrar of the Court Grace Wakio Kakai, highlighted the work and impact of the Court over the past two decades and its continued commitment to protection of its mandate across the continent.
