2 full weeks today and @Expedia and @hotelsdotcomuk still haven’t managed to deal with a safety related complaint, with the hotelier incorrectly advertising a property. Absolutely zero customer care

Be careful when using @hotelsdotcomuk and @Expedia, especially if female.
I recently booked a UK apartment - turns out to be a student communal facility. Found my lounge/kitchen diner occupied by an other guest, clearly with mental health issues. Response- not our issue!!
