Offered 5k over asking for a multi family property and they paid 25k over asking all cash. They paid 15k over another property I bought that was in a much better area and condition. Crazy market!

@RealLifeRentals Had a costly 3.5k repair of plumbing the other day. When stuff breaks it is never fun but when you make good money it’s just cost of doing business. We are up to 21 units now and hungry for another!
