The NCAA has designated UNC as the away team, which means the Heels will be the away team two out of three games vs the 2 seed.

You can decide whether that policy (which is for "fairness") or not announcing the game time until 11:20pm is the more questionable NCAA decision.

The ACC is now 5-0 against the SEC through two days in this year’s NCAA Tournament.
